Lokstallarna healthcare center is part of the charitable foundation Bräcke diakoni. For us, charitable healthcare means a long-term primary care mission focused on relationships, security, and high medical quality over time. We have about 9,000 registered patients, a high proportion with a fixed doctor contact, and a well-staffed medical team with six specialists in general medicine as well as four ST, AT, and BT doctors. The work is organized in three interdisciplinary teams, which gives us good conditions for collaboration and joint reflection. With broad expertise and great commitment, we develop the operations in close dialogue between employees and management. Our patients' experiences of good treatment and good accessibility, which are repeatedly highlighted in the National Patient Survey, we see as a testament to our working method.

Your Role

As a doctor with us, you will work with registered patients and ensure good continuity within the entire primary care mission. You will be part of a close-knit team where responsibilities are shared and supervision of students and training doctors is a natural part of the role. As a charitable organization, we make decisions close to the operations, which means significant influence for the profession and the opportunity to shape both working methods and content over time. The position can be adjusted according to your interests, for example, through shared responsibility for SÄBO or BVC together with colleagues.

Qualifications

• Licensed physician
• Specialist in general medicine
• Experience in supervision and improvement work is an advantage.
